Shop and Café in the FLUXUS+ museum

The museum FLUXUS+ shows on more than 1.000 sq m modern art by Fluxus, Wolf Vostell and contemporary art.
Fluxus is an international art movement from the 1960s calling attention to itself by happenings and performances.
The exhibition out of more than 700 works was rearranged and got a new hanging. Cofounder of Fluxus in Germany was Wolf Vostell. His oeuvre is presented by Museum Fluxus +. Beside him numerous well known artists cooperated in Fluxus as Nam June Paik, Alison Knowles, Yoko Ono, Ben Patterson und Emmett Williams.
The contemporary art section of the museum shows works by Sebastian Heiner, Hella De Santarossa, Lutz Friedel und Costantino Ciervo. Beside the collection the “atrium” exhibits the documentation “permanentFLUXUS” for free.
The museum´s café with terrace and the museum´s shop make the museum a cultural hotspot at the banks of the river Havel.
